Account Manager

Territory: Labrador City, NL, Fermont, & Sept-Iles, QC


Introduction

We are seeking an Account Manager who will help optimize clients' water treatment processes through your expertise in chemical solutions and equipment, to contribute to preserving natural resources while improving profitability. You will join a worldwide leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. They design, supply, and service a range of water systems and monitoring equipment for industries including pharmaceutical and food and beverage applications, as well as microelectronics ultrapure water to municipal water and industrial wastewater treatment.


Responsibilities

  • Be a consultant and advisor to listen, learn, and apply technologies to solve a wide variety of water and process treatment needs, utilizing the full product portfolio.
  • Promote account growth through collaboration with other teams/ divisions to optimize results and provide creative equipment, chemical and analytics solutions.
  • Advise and participate in preventative maintenance, optimizing chemical feed and equipment operations by implementing creative and innovative predictive analytics.
  • Be out in the field working at commercial sites several days per month, working with field test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other equipment/chemicals involved in water treatment.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings to stay on top of priorities, best practices and impactful solutions.
  • Learn and apply customer safety and environmental practices


Requirements

  • Degree in STEM (engineering, processes/water, biology or chemistry)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account/team management, or industrial operations (asset)
  • Ability to work in various environments (industrial, manufacturing, energy)
  • Fluency in French and good knowledge of English to follow our internal training (written/oral)
  • Advanced computer skills (Google Workspace).
