Job Opportunity: Senior Front-End Software Engineer


About Our Client:

Our client, a rapidly growing Insurtech company, has revolutionized the insurance industry with a SaaS platform driven by predictive analytics and AI. Now, they are looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to develop cloud-native solutions and play a crucial role in their international expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a front-end technical lead, defining architecture and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to develop a clear quarterly roadmap.
  • Maintain and evolve front-end development standards (clean code, automation, reliability).
  • Design complex systems focused on performance, security, and UX.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate machine learning pipelines.


Tech Stack:

  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure (various services)
  • Front-End: React, Angular, Typescript, RxJS
  • Databases: SQL Server, Cosmos DB
  • Orchestration and Communication: Kubernetes, SignalR, GitHub, Azure DevOps


Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering with expertise in Angular 2+.
  • Advanced knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, CSS, and reusable component design.
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and Microsoft development tools.
  • Communication skills, team orientation, and fluency in English.


Bonus Skills:

  • Backend experience (Java, NodeJS, C#), WebSockets/SignalR, testing tools (Playwright, Cypress), and micro front-end architecture.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Être une référence technique sur l'architecture front-end et les bonnes pratiques.
  • Travailler avec les équipes produit et design pour créer une feuille de route concrète chaque trimestre.
  • Maintenir et développer les pratiques de développement front-end (code propre, tests automatisés).
  • Concevoir des systèmes complexes, performants et sécurisés avec une expérience utilisateur de qualité.
  • Collaborer avec les ingénieurs back-end pour intégrer les pipelines de machine learning.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience de 5+ ans en ingénierie front-end ou full-stack, avec une maîtrise d’Angular 2+.
  • Connaissances avancées en RxJS, TypeScript et CSS, ainsi qu’une sensibilité pour le design de composants réutilisables.
  • Familiarité avec les structures de données, algorithmes, et outils de développement Microsoft.
  • Compétence en sécurité, performance, et bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel.
  • Capacités de communication, esprit d'équipe, et maîtrise de l'anglais.
