At LGS, an IBM Company, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our team in Quebec. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals on large-scale digital transformation projects in both the public and private sectors.

You will participate in the development of customer projects, creating new applications, developing new functionalities on existing applications, and maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing web applications using Angular and Node JS;
  • Collaborating with design and development teams to create innovative solutions;
  • Participating in project planning and estimation;
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing applications;

We require candidates with 6+ years of experience in NodeJS, MVC/MVVM JavaScript frameworks (ECMAScript version: es5 to es7), cross-browser compatibility, CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS), and interaction with API calls, angular. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as Python, is also necessary.
