Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Solid knowledge and skills in understanding how social platforms work and how to run ads
  • Understanding how to monitor ad spend and adjust spending for maximum optimization
  • Ability to source freelancers, provide them with requirements, negotiate a price, and evaluate deliverables to be used on our social and other channels for ads
  • Experience in email marketing campaigns and automation
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and other relevant Meta analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to see things that can't be done by other digital marketing specialists
