Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data workflows using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.Implement data mapping, transformation, and cleansing to support Master Data Management (MDM) and MPI objectives.Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and business analysts to align technical design with business requirements.Support data integration between enterprise applications and health information systems, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.Contribute to data quality assurance, validation, and documentation throughout development and deployment.Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and change management processes.Prepare deployment scripts and perform migration across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience as an ETL / Informatica Developer.Hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS), and SQL Server / Oracle databases.Proven experience in data integration, data migration, and data warehousing projects.Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance.Familiarity with healthcare data domains or MPI / MDM solutions is a strong asset.Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.Experience with DevOps pipelines (Git, Jenkins) and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
