About the Role:

On behalf of this firm, we seek multiple experienced Corporate Paralegals to work with a vibrant and dynamic group of professionals. Our client offers:

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents for all types of BC and Federal corporate entities
  • Working on corporate transactions e.g. registrations, incorporations, reorganizations, continuations, alterations, mergers & acquisitions, resolutions, amalgamations, dissolutions
  • Performing due diligence searches and reviews
  • Maintaining files, databases, and corporate records
  • Conducting minute book reviews
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other parties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Corporate Paralegal in a British Columbia law firm or legal department
  • Paralegal certificate or diploma from a recognized institution
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office and ALF
  • Ability to manage intermediate-level corporate transactions independently
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Upbeat and professional demeanour
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills
  • Tech-savvy with a positive attitude towards technology

Pay range and compensation package:

Our client offers a competitive compensation package including generous paid time off and total benefits, as well as an expected annual salary in the $70,000 to $110,000 range, depending on individual position and experience.
