A boutique law firm based in downtown Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to join their busy and growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing and collaborative team while working independently with autonomy.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents including corporate transactions such as incorporations, amalgamations, reorg, dissolutions, restructuring, director and officer changes, share allotments and transfers, redemptions, and dividend declarations.
  • Prepare annual resolutions for BC companies, federal corporations, and societies
  • Review and coordinate filings of annual reports and other corporate records for extra-provincial corporations
  • Conduct due diligence review of basic corporate records
  • Update and maintain corporate records
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law
  • Completed paralegal certificate
  • Ability to work hybrid and on-site when required.
