Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional with a technical lead generation skill set, to join our team of thought leaders as a team member at The Spiral Agency. 


Among many exciting projects, you’ll be leading 2 primary initiatives:


  1. Account Management of our clients
  2. Creation & management of Outbound Email & Outbound LinkedIn Campaigns


The role reports directly to the President and will lead all account management.  You will build deep, trusting, long-term relationships with our clients. You will design creative and effective Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns that convert prospects into leads, and you will monitor and optimize these campaigns to ensure lasting results.


While the role is primarily remote, the ideal candidate should be able to work in Spiral’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) office, on occasion.


Responsibilities:


  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, including onboarding and monthly checkins to discuss updates on performance.
  • Campaign Development: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Automation Software (Lemlist, Expandi), and Email Automation Software (Instantly, SmartLead) to set up and launch engaging outbound campaigns that drive qualified leads and booked appointments.
  • Client Retention: Drive client satisfaction by ensuring their lead generation expectations are met with timely delivery of services.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling LinkedIn and Email copy that concisely explains our clients’ competitive advantages and persuades their target market to buy.
  • Inbox Management: Manage multiple inboxes and set up anti-spam & email inbox warm-up measures for optimal deliverability.
  • List Management: Efficiently manage lead lists, including importing data into outbound software, to ensure targeted and successful campaigns. 
  • Workflow and Automation: Create effective pipelines, workflows, and automations using Zapier to enhance the client experience. 
  • Performance Analysis: Closely monitor all Email/LinkedIn outbound campaigns, analyzing performance data to identify and implement strategic improvements. 



Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • ‍Tech-savvy. Can quickly learn new technologies, software, and seeks out new tools.
  • Proven ability to write high-performing Cold Emails and LinkedIn Messages.
  • Have a professional remote work set up, including: reliable internet connection, equipment to support high quality audio and video, quiet space, clear background, good lighting (front-lit).
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Cold Email/LinkedIn Outbound OR 3+ Years of Experience in sales and marketing in B2B industries.
  • Able to work 8AM to 4PM in North American Time Zones, specifically PST (GMT-8), CST (GMT-6), or EST (GMT-5).
  • Excellent listener and a great bedside manner. You build deep relationships and people find you trustworthy.
  • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to hit deadlines and do what you say.
  • Professional, mature, and reliable – our clients are successful business owners who count on you.
  • Intelligent, learns quickly, and can handle change by solving problems.
  • High-performer with a desire to achieve, grow, and succeed financially.


Prefer Candidates that:


  • Are already an expert in outbound sales tools & softwares like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zapier, CRM Integrations, Lemlist/Expandi/Instantly
  • Have worked in an Outbound Agency
  • Have wide-ranging B2B experience, so you can relate with people in many industries
  • Have worked in the Logistics industry
