Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialized expertise in SAP HR, Time & Attendance, and Payroll for a 3-year hybrid contract based in Toronto, Ontario.


This SAP Business Analyst role includes: reviewing as-is processes documentation, participating in the business process global and local design, prioritizing business processes, participating in customer meetings/workshops, and process discussions following and using leading practices in business analysis.


Therefore, strong facilitation, interpersonal and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis, definition, and documentation for business, system and data processes following leading practices


The Resource will be required to work 2 days on-site and 3 days remotely in the downtown area.


Skills/Experience:

  • Mandatory 1 full end-to-end implementations
  • Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst
  • At least 2 years of practical experience with using a wide variety of techniques to document requirements and in using a variety of models/diagrams/documents
  • Strong standard knowledge of SAP HR or time & attendance solutions
  • Major IT implementation experience and understanding how systems are affected by business process change


Certifications:

  • CBAP or equivalent is an asset
  • SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workforce or any other time & attendance solution is an asset


Other Skills:

  • Hands on experience in SAP is a strong asset
  • Understanding of SAP’s Activate Methodology
  • Public Service and Transit experience is an asset
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps is an asset
