Salesforce Expertise:

  • Experience with Salesforce Core, including Financial Services Cloud, and ideally Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. (this team works with experience cloud)
  • Familiarity with building communities or portals (e.g., Salesforce Portals) for subsets of users.
  • Knowledge of processes on the backend that interact with each other.
  • Preferable experience with Service Cloud or experience cloud. Other clouds include: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud, or FSE.

Current Team Focus:

  • Enhancing and maintaining three portals.
  • Addressing technical debt and building new enhancements.
  • Driving implementation efforts to support existing builds.
  • Following Salesforce's recommended state-of-the-art frameworks.
