We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our administrative team, offering full-time hours Monday through Friday, with flexibility for extended hours as required.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office procedures and operate office equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for client information and data.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting written communications, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Support the team in completing and filing applications, merchant forms, and other documentation as required.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and collaborating within teams.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service with professionalism and dedication.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is considered an asset.
