Résumé du poste :


Impotlex Inc est à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable/assistant(e) administratif(ve) motivé(e) et affûté(e) pour gérer les dossiers financiers et aider à diverses tâches administratives. Le titulaire du poste s'occupera des tâches liées à plusieurs compagnies au sein de l'entreprise, y compris la comptabilité, la réconciliation des prêts et la gestion des déclarations de taxe de vente (TPS/TVQ). Le titulaire du poste apportera également son soutien aux tâches quotidiennes et aux rapports financiers du vice-président.


Responsabilités :

Comptabilité

  • Concilier les prêts et les autres comptes financiers.
  • Enregistrer les transactions financières, y compris les entrées de journal pour plusieurs entités.
  • Assurer une facturation précise et opportune (y compris la facturation inter-sociétés).
  • Maintenir des registres comptables appropriés pour toutes les opérations.
  • Aider à la préparation des dossiers de fin d'année.
  • Remplir mensuellement les déclarations de TPS/TVQ.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations fiscales pour plusieurs compagnies.
  • Vérifier les informations financières fournies
  • Préparer les factures pour les compagnies liées.
  • Tenir les registres des prêts et envoyer les relevés de prêts tous les trimestres.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.


Administration

  • Saisie de données et tenue de registres.
  • Gestion des courriels et du suivi.
  • Fournir des informations financières aux banques
  • Traitement des informations confidentielles
  • Aide à la gestion de projets et suivi des délais avec d'autres services
  • Diverses tâches administratives, telles que la numérisation, le classement et l'organisation de documents.
  • Tâches de réception selon les besoins, en gérant les appels entrants et les visiteurs.


Qualifications :

  • BAC en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée en comptabilité ou dans une fonction financière connexe.
  • Forte compréhension des principes comptables généralement acceptés (PCGR) et des écritures de journal.
  • Expérience des déclarations de taxe de vente (TPS/TVQ).
  • Une bonne connaissance de Jonas Premier et/ou de Sage est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement des tâches multiples pour différentes compagnies.
  • Des connaissances dans le domaine de l'immobilier sont idéales.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et proactivité dans la gestion des tâches.
  • Une connaissance du traitement des salaires est souhaitée.
  • Une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel est souhaitée.
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).

Impotlex Inc. operates as a professional services corporation that provides accounting, management and legal services. The Company is a participant in real estate ventures and acts as a holding company for various investments.


Job Summary:

Impotlex Inc is seeking a motivated and sharp Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to manage the financial records and assist with various administrative tasks. This position will handle tasks related to multiple companies within the business, including accounting, loans reconciliation, and managing sales tax filings (GST/QST). This position will also support key personnel with day-to-day tasks and financial reporting.


Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping

  • Reconcile loans and other financial accounts.
  • Record financial transactions including journal entries for multiple entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing (including intercompany invoicing).
  • Maintain proper accounting records for all operations.
  • Assist with year-end files preparation.
  • File GST/QST returns monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple companies.
  • Verify financial information provided
  • Prepare invoices for related companies
  • Keep records of loans and sending loan statements quarterly
  • Other related tasks as required.


Administration

  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Manage emails and follow ups
  • Provide financial information to banks
  • Handle confidential information
  • Assist with project management and following up on deadline with other departments
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Reception duties as required, managing incoming calls and visitors.


Qualifications:

  • BAC in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and journal entries.
  • Experience with sales tax filings (GST/QST).
  • Familiarity with Jonas Premier and/or Sage is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks for different companies efficiently.
  • Real estate knowledge is ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive in task management.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Bilingual (French & English)
