The Bullpen, founded in 2017, is a consulting firm based in Vancouver, BC. Our mission is to help pre-seed to Series B companies develop sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to increase revenue and scale their business. With our expertise and guidance, we can assist in finding the lowest hanging fruit and provide actionable steps for scalable and consistent growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative at The Bullpen. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging in inside sales activities, generating leads, and effectively communicating with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will leverage a combination of emails, social and phone calls for outreach. This role is a hybrid role with option to be remote after probation.
Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills
- Not afraid to learn new industries
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and contribute to business development
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Experience in the sales industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
