Main responsibilities
- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support partners in defining business or technical requirements/solutions
- Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes, systems and application solutions
- Participate in the implementation of recommendations by collaborating with the teams responsible for their execution
- Analyze and model business and operational processes and business data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and/or develop appropriate business documentation
- In collaboration with management, act as liaison between users, IT partners and service providers.
- Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap.
- Build and manage the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on business value.
- Prioritize activities to ensure delivery of business value while considering IT constraints and external partners.
- Contribute and support users during testing phases to ensure that development is faithful to specifications.
- Provide post-implementation support
- Analyze the impact of changes and participate in change management
- Establish a climate of trust and share knowledge to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems and technology, computer science or equivalent
- Experience in software system analysis (ERP) and/or digital applications
- Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology and business process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.)
