As a Funeral Director, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for orchestrating every aspect of funeral services with utmost care and professionalism. Your role will involve meeting bereaved families, coordinating services, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.

Primary Duties:

  • Meeting Families: Provide empathetic support to bereaved families, helping them plan and organize funeral services tailored to their needs.
  • Customer Service: Responsively address inquiries and ensure families are fully informed about our range of services and offerings, including specialized services for veterans and service members.
  • Funeral Coordination: Direct funeral proceedings, ensuring that all arrangements are executed seamlessly and in accordance with client expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, handle permits, and coordinate logistics to facilitate smooth funeral operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive teamwork and exceptional service delivery.


Requirements:

  • Class 1 Funeral Director License (or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emotionally charged situations.
  • Willingness to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
