Primary Duties:
- Meeting Families: Provide empathetic support to bereaved families, helping them plan and organize funeral services tailored to their needs.
- Customer Service: Responsively address inquiries and ensure families are fully informed about our range of services and offerings, including specialized services for veterans and service members.
- Funeral Coordination: Direct funeral proceedings, ensuring that all arrangements are executed seamlessly and in accordance with client expectations.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, handle permits, and coordinate logistics to facilitate smooth funeral operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive teamwork and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Class 1 Funeral Director License (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emotionally charged situations.
- Willingness to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
