Le conseiller affaires réglementaires participe et veille au maintien des exigences réglementaires en lien avec la mise en marché des produits laitiers de l’entreprise afin d’assurer la conformité tant aux étapes de développement, de mise au point de procédés et d’élaboration des emballages. Il participe donc à l’élaboration, la révision et l’approbation des produits afin de valider la conformité aux normes applicables en matière de réglementation fédérale et provinciale, notamment aux exigences reliées à l’étiquetage et à la publicité des aliments.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un conseiller affaires réglementaires pour un contrat d’une durée d’un an.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Répondre aux demandes de soutien d'expertise et de validation réglementaire des partenaires commerciaux internes.


Élaborer des fiches techniques de produits avec le soutien du groupe Innovation et développement de produits et du groupe Information sur la qualité (création et modification de fiches techniques).


Approuver tous les emballages de produits en fonction des normes d'étiquetage gouvernementales (approbation de l'emballage et de l'étiquette).


Vérifier les spécifications des produits par rapport aux informations réglementaires requises.


Collaborer au traitement, à la résolution et au soutien des plans d'action correctifs à la réception des non-conformités et des plaintes externes de l'ACIA pour toutes les questions réglementaires de l'entreprise.


Vérifier la déclaration de la liste des ingrédients.


Vérifier les informations et les calculs NFT.


Travailler avec les sites de production pour vérifier et valider les non-conformités et les corrections en matière de formulation et d'emballage.


Contribuer à maintenir la conformité avec les exigences en matière de qualité, de sécurité et de sûreté des aliments.


Participer à la création de procédures visant à garantir la conformité réglementaire.


Assurer la liaison avec les contacts réglementaires mondiaux afin d'examiner la conformité aux exigences en matière d'exportation et d'importation.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Formation en technologie des alimentes, microbiologie, chimie, biochimie ou autre domaine pertinent;


Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la qualité et/ou des opérations dans l'industrie alimentaire sont requis.


Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine des affaires réglementaires.


Connaître les références réglementaires provinciales, fédérales, ainsi que les normes d’étiquetage et de publicité; (un atout)


Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais. (Anglais requis pour travailler avec des collègues des autres provinces canadiennes)
