High Season Co. is a social media marketing agency that helps business owners and creators simplify social media, build engaged audiences, and monetize their platforms. Through our agency, YouTube channel, and digital education business, we create strategies and resources that drive real results.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, creative, and entrepreneurial environment. This role requires someone who can take strategy and execute efficiently while staying organized and proactive. If you're passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and helping businesses grow through social media, this opportunity is for you.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution & Content Coordination- Assist in writing, scheduling, and optimizing email sequences, newsletters, and sales campaigns using Flodesk.
- Support the social media manager in scheduling, organizing, and repurposing content across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Help optimize, upload, and manage video content for YouTube, including writing descriptions, tagging, and tracking performance.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies, providing insights to the team.
- Upload and organize course content on Kajabi, manage customer access, and ensure smooth digital product delivery.
- Conduct research and assist in creating digital products, including toolkits, guides, and templates.
- Design marketing assets such as Instagram posts, carousels, presentation decks, and PDFs using Canva.
- Coordinate the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment across social media, email, and digital product launches.
- Assist in creating client reports, research documents, and presentation decks as needed.
- Maintain organization across marketing initiatives using Notion or similar project management tools.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva, email marketing platforms (Flodesk or similar), and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Kajabi or other course platforms, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for branding and messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
- Experience with YouTube optimization, SEO, and digital product marketing is a plus.
- Work with a growing digital-first agency that empowers business owners and creators.
