How you’ll make an impact as a Recruiter
Put People to Work

o Service our clients by providing them with top talent, then drive deeper and consult with them on their talent needs and share how they can leverage Manpower to solve them

Develop Relationships
o Authentically connect with your clients, candidates, and associates to drive their loyalty, which allows us to put more people to work.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting for Skilled trade positions
• Minimum 1 years experience in Account management;
• Experience in a 360 desk recruitment role considered an asset
• Knowledge of Greater Toronto Area market considered an asset
• Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
• Excellent communication skills in English; • Highly sales oriented with strong organizational skills
• Autonomous with a strong sense of urgency, detailed oriented and at ease with multitasking
