Role Overview:

As a Fractional Chief of Staff at WSI, you will work closely with our executive team to streamline

operations, manage strategic initiatives, and drive innovation across our global network. This

role is pivotal in ensuring that our leadership vision is executed effectively while maintaining

alignment with our long-term business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, project

manager, and coordinator, ensuring that our operations are as efficient and impactful as

possible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing

insights and recommendations on business strategy and operational efficiency.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of business operations, identifying

and mitigating risks while optimizing processes across departments.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects, particularly those related to

new startup divisions within WSI, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Innovation Champion: Drive innovation initiatives across the organization, fostering a

culture of continuous improvement and adaptation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with various teams and stakeholders to ensure

alignment with company objectives, facilitating communication and coordination at all

levels.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in a senior operations or chief of staff role, preferably within a

digital marketing, technology-driven company or franchise organization.

  • Skills: Strong project management, strategic planning, and innovation capabilities.

Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects,

and drive business outcomes.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team.
