Our client in Food Manufacturing Industry looking for Shift Engineer in the GTA Area.
What you need to have:
- Minimum Third Class Power Engineering or Class B refrigeration.
- College/University degree in related field is an asset.
- Current knowledge in PMP, SOP, HACCP and GMP procedures.
- Minimum Three years of operating and ammonia plant maintenance experience.
- Responsible for the facility maintenance, ammonia, compressed air, steam, boilers, water treatment, and effluent treatment plant operations.
- Perform all maintenance functions within the Plant, refrigeration and auxiliary equipment, pumps, motors, high pressure steam plant, etc.
- Operate all plant refrigeration and heating systems.
- Preventative Maintenance on related equipment.
- Complete all required documentation (work orders, log books, etc.).
- Comply with TSSA requirements and Operating Engineers act.
- Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing environment, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, service and field operations of various auxiliary equipment – air compressors, water treatment plants, etc.
- HVAC knowledge and experience.
- Power control, electrical and mechanical skills.
- Familiar PLC, operation and troubleshooting.
