Lock Search Group is excited to partner with a leading client in the Medical Aesthetics industry to find a dynamic Clinic Director for their Vancouver location. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch patient care and clinic performance, while fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment for your team.


What you will be doing:


  • Lead the clinic's performance management and operational strategy
  • Oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team through regular meetings and development plans
  • Coordinate daily tasks and supervise operations to drive clinic success
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of team members
  • Establish operational and material resource requirements
  • Ensure the accuracy of invoices, deposits, batches, etc. along with other operations management tasks
  • Safeguard customer satisfaction and resolve any dissatisfaction that may potentially arise
  • Conduct clinic consultations and organize/host customer information sessions


The experience you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (experience in retail, for-profit healthcare, or service-based business preferred)
  • Proven success in sales and team management
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering your team
  • Excellent business acumen with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
