  1. Develop and optimize of silicon (Si) anode materials for high-performance lithium-ion batteries with focus on formulation, raw supply chain, processing, cell design and scale-up.
  2. Act as a technical point of contact with large cell manufacturers and customers, addressing their needs, providing technical support, and ensuring successful integration of Si anode materials.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for improving cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliable manufacturability of Si anode materials.
  4. Utilize extensive knowledge of Si anode technology, including materials science, electrochemical performance, and manufacturing processes to drive innovation and solve complex challenges.
  5. Participate in cross-functional projects, (R&D, engineering, sales, and production teams) to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Participate in validation testing of Si anode materials in large cell formats, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.
  6. Understand and interact with raw material suppliers to ensure the consistent quality and timely delivery of materials and cost-effectiveness, managing relationships and addressing supply chain technical challenges to support production goals.
  7. Analyze and interpret experimental data to evaluate the performance and durability of Si anode materials, using statistical and analytical methods to guide decision-making.
  8. Conduct technical market research to advance the understanding of Si anode materials, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive edge.
  9. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation on project progress, test results, and technical findings for internal and external stakeholders. Create and develop technical marketing materials, including presentations, white papers, and case studies, to effectively communicate the benefits and advancements of Si anode technologies to stakeholders and customers.
  10. Ensure all development activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices, including certifications and handling of hazardous materials and environmental considerations.
