What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who shares our passion for golf to join our team We're looking for someone who excels at creating captivating content and has an eye for emerging social media trends. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our clients' online presence by developing comprehensive social strategies, planning and executing content, and driving growth, engagement and sales for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Social Strategies:
- Collaborate with the P6R Team and stakeholders for content ideation.
- Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines.
- Foster innovative and creative approaches for organic growth and engagement.
- Stay updated on digital media developments, pop-culture trends, and golf industry related content.
Content Planning and Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistency.
- Utilize tools like Agorapulse for efficient content management.
- Schedule and publish content on various social platforms as needed for engagement optimization.
Content Creation and Editing:
- Shape content direction and manage digital assets for our clients.
- Write, edit, and proofread communication content.
- Craft engaging stories that resonate with our target audience and schedule them strategically.
- Utilize raw video footage to produce captivating video particularly for Reels.
- Turn raw photos into scroll stopping gems
*****PHOTO AND VIDEO EDITING SKILLS & EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY****
Community Management and Client Support:
- Drive engagement and growth through interaction with followers and accounts.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to use Lightroom (this is non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to use Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci (this is a non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- A deep understanding and passion for golf
- Experience as a Social Media Manager, bonus points if it's in the golf industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools like Agorapulse, Sprout Social, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adherence to client branding guidelines and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
