About the Role
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Assist internal and external customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and entering data into the CRM or information database. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ETG Food Products Inc. product line and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement. Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Identify trends in customer issues and suggest proactive solutions to improve processes and prevent recurring problems.
Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ETG Food Products Inc. product line and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Management: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Identify trends in customer issues and suggest proactive solutions to improve processes and prevent recurring problems.
Qualifications
College Diploma or University Degree
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in CPG industry is a requirement
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic, patient and able to handle difficult situations with grace
