We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep infrastructure background and a proven track record in managing, maintaining, and upgrading complex PeopleSoft environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our PeopleSoft applications and underlying Oracle databases.Must-Have Requirements:8–10 years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator with a strong infrastructure foundation.Minimum of 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience leading or executing end-to-end PeopleSoft upgrades (e.g., from 9.2 to a newer version).7–8 years of Oracle database management experience, including installation, patching, performance tuning, and maintenance in a PeopleSoft context.High proficiency in SQL for scripting, querying, and advanced database performance tuning.Solid understanding and practical application of PeopleSoft security models, backup, and recovery best practices.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with PeopleSoft Cobol and SQR.Relevant PeopleSoft and Oracle Certifications.Previous experience in a Technical Team Lead capacity, guiding junior administrators.Experience with PeopleTools 8.59+ and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI)
