We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep infrastructure background and a proven track record in managing, maintaining, and upgrading complex PeopleSoft environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our PeopleSoft applications and underlying Oracle databases. Must-Have Requirements: 8–10 years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator with a strong infrastructure foundation. Minimum of 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience leading or executing end-to-end PeopleSoft upgrades (e.g., from 9.2 to a newer version). 7–8 years of Oracle database management experience, including installation, patching, performance tuning, and maintenance in a PeopleSoft context. High proficiency in SQL for scripting, querying, and advanced database performance tuning . Solid understanding and practical application of PeopleSoft security models, backup, and recovery best practices . Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft Cobol and SQR. Relevant PeopleSoft and Oracle Certifications . Previous experience in a Technical Team Lead capacity, guiding junior administrators. Experience with PeopleTools 8.59+ and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI)
