ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Social Media Manager at Fièra Cosmetics, you will play a pivotal role in growing and enhancing our organic social media presence, particularly in the face of a rebrand. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of a results-driven organic social media strategy, ensuring maximum engagement and awareness among our target audience of women over 40. This role is instrumental in shaping our company's future and contributing to our rapid growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revamp organic social media presence in the face of a company rebrand.
  • Champion the development and execution of a results-driven organic social media strategy.
  • Develop and curate engaging organic campaigns and content for social media platforms.
  • Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of influencer and ambassador strategies and campaigns, and communicate with influencers and ambassadors.
  • Work with graphic designers and video editors to execute ideas.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Monitor engagement and communicate findings and opportunities to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content for social media ads.
  • Assist in the coordination of our email marketing and influencer campaigns.
  • Attend campaign planning meetings to align organic social campaigns to paid advertising campaigns when appropriate.


QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience working solely in social media management and/or content development.
  • PROVEN experience in increasing organic reach for DTC brands on various social media platforms.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats.
  • A keen interest in monitoring current and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
