About the Role


At Twelverays, we seek a dynamic and capable Account Executive to lead our sales endeavors. This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads and setting the stage for successful client relationships. Your prime objective is to initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and qualify them as promising leads for our sales team, thereby playing a crucial role in our revenue generation process.


As an Account Executive, you'll bridge the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring our message resonates and engages potential clients. Your actions will be motivated by the ambition to exceed lead generation targets and the drive to contribute to Twelverays growth.


Overall you will...

  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding the prospects business challenges and needs.
  • Set up introductory meetings between potential clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by managing leads effectively and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine the lead qualification process and marketing campaigns.
  • Continually enhance your product knowledge to explain our value proposition.


Within 1 month you will...

  • Introduction and Training: Get acquainted with Twelverays offerings, sales processes, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Team Building: Establish a harmonious working relationship with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead Generation: Start engaging in outreach activities to build your pipeline.


Within 3 months you will...

  • Consistent Performance: Regularly hit or exceed your monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
  • Process Enhancement: Provide insights to refine the lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Salesforce Mastery: Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Salesforce, providing a clear view of your pipeline.


Within 6 months you will...

  • Account Executive: A consistent track record of generating qualified leads contributing to Twelverays revenue.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to your peers, sharing best practices and insights on market trends.
  • Expansion Ideas: Contribute ideas for scaling the Account Executive function and exploring new markets or verticals.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Account Executive role, preferably in a tech or digital-centric industry.
  • We have a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • They are highly organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • A keen understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.


Compensation and Benefits


Salary Range

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 CAD to $65,000 CAD, contingent on experience.
