This Opportunity May Not Be Right for You If:

  • You are seeking an internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition position. While we respect internal recruiters, this role is focused on business development and agency recruitment.
  • You have not previously achieved a billing target of $250,000 in production in your recruitment career.
  • You require constant supervision or check-ins to stay motivated. We value independent, self-driven professionals.
  • You prefer working solely with existing accounts and are not comfortable building new relationships.
  • You are not comfortable with transparency in the workplace. Here, openness is key, and if this makes you uneasy, it may indicate that your results are not where they should be.
  • Your approach is to simply send CVs and wait for a response. We seek proactive dealmakers, not order-takers.
  • You are uncomfortable with healthy, friendly competition.
  • You are not committed to investing in your personal and professional growth.

Job Summary

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at The Staffing Exchange, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a passion for connecting top talent with leading employers.


Key Responsibilities


Client Development & Engagement

  • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses across various industries.
  • Negotiate service agreements and recruitment fees.


Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • To identify top talent, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage feedback.


Recruitment & Placement

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless placement and onboarding experience for candidates.


Business Development & Networking

  • Continuously expand your client and candidate network through outreach, events, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently within a commission-based structure.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
