Agropur est à la recherche d’un.e ingénieur.e de projets pour son usine de St-Laurent. Relevant du directeur d'usine, l'ingénieur.e de projets de détient l’exécution du portefeuille d’investissements en immobilisations de moins de 150 000 $. Il ou elle collabore avec les différents départements pour les projets d'efficacité opérationnelle ainsi qu'avec l’équipe d’ingénierie corporative pour le suivi et la réalisation de projets d’envergure.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Administrer le portefeuille de dépenses en projet d'immobilisations de moins de 150 000 $ pour le site;


Coordonner les projets de développement de l'usine de St-Laurent;


Agir à titre de référence pour les sous-traitants étant présent à l'usine pour l'élaboration des projets;


Trouver continuellement des occasions d’améliorer la conception des systèmes;


Prendre en charge les pertes de processus du site et travailler avec les opérations pour réduire les pertes;


Veiller au respect des échéanciers, des coûts et qualité des projets;


Assurer la sécurité des employés et des travailleurs lors de l’exécution des travaux en fonction des normes de santé et sécurité ainsi que qualité dont l’usine est assujettie;


Participer au plan quinquennal du maintien des actifs;


Coordonner les activités de priorisation des projets;


Faire les études de faisabilité des projets et les coûts associés;


Améliorer les processus de gestion de projet applicable à l’usine de St-Laurent.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, électrique ou autre domaine d’ingénierie pertinent;


Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;


Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans le milieu manufacturier;


Certification Green Belt (atout);


Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais. (Anglais requis pour travailler avec des collègues des autres provinces canadiennes).
