Role Overview:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities for our range of business by leveraging inbound leads, making outbound calls, and conducting email campaigns.
  • Drive our Intermodal sales initiatives across key markets in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, as well as other critical areas in Canada and the US.
  • Enhance our Intermodal sales with Integrated logistics services that include Intermodal/Ground Transportation, Transloading/Warehousing Services, Container Storage, and Trucking Drayage.
  • Address and meet customer needs effectively, identifying and nurturing promising sales prospects to closure.
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets through proficient deal closures and relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and foster interest in our services.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new business, while also expanding our prospect database.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in business development within the intermodal transportation sector.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, coupled with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities simultaneously with superior communication, customer service, and technical skills.
