About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and develop their career within a supportive and knowledgeable group of professionals. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and planning of municipal infrastructure projects and gain hands-on experience working closely with senior engineers, specialist engineers, project managers, and client managers. At TRUE, we’re large enough to offer a full range of engineering services, yet small enough to maintain a family-like atmosphere where everyone’s contributions are valued.

As a junior member of our team, you’ll work on impactful projects while learning from experienced mentors. We’re looking for someone who values what we do, how we do it, and, most importantly, why we do it. Key Responsibilities


  • Project Support: Assist in the design, planning, and execution of municipal and land development projects.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and other documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, technologists, and other professionals, learning to coordinate effectively within a project environment.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities, actively engaging with senior engineers to develop your technical skills.
  • Site Visits and Fieldwork: Assist with site assessments and inspections, gaining valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of senior staff.


Salary


The annual salary range for this position is anticipated to be $70,000 – $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
