Your Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing high-value relationships, and closing strategic deals with banks and financial institutions across Korea. Your expertise in banking software, risk management, or capital markets technology will be key in positioning our solutions as industry-leading offerings.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence in Canada.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technology leaders in banks and financial institutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the banking software space.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in banking, treasury, risk management, or capital markets technology.
  • A strong network within Canadian banks and financial institutions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
