We are hiring a CyberArk Support Engineer to work with one of our clients, an international investment bank based in Montreal.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee Level 1 and Level 2 support on a global scale as part of the Follow The Sun Support model, covering Paris, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Manage the onboarding of new applications onto the Americas platform.
  • Automate various onboarding and support tasks using scripts and other tools.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of the CyberArk infrastructure.


Profile


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting CyberArk version 11.x and above.
  • Advanced knowledge of Unix and Windows.
  • 2 years of experience using AutoIT to customize FAT clients on CyberArk PSM servers.
  • Strong scripting skills (PACLI, Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automating various CyberArk onboarding and operational support processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Preferably in the field of Information Technology)
  • A plus:

o Specialization in Information Systems Security

o CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications


Languages

  • English
  • French is considered a plus
