  • Avez un bon esprit d’équipe, êtes dynamique et possédez d’excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et communicationnelles.

  • Avez fait des études postsecondaires en administration des affaires, en vente et/ou en technologie de transformation ou design du bois.

  • Vous collaborerez au déploiement de la stratégie des ventes qui sera présentée à l’occasion pour votre territoire ou en fonction des tâches qui vous seront attribuées. • Vous définirez les opportunités d’affaires présentes sur votre territoire, préparerez, planifierez et élaborerez des propositions sur la façon de cibler un segment précis et utiliserez les outils de marketing à votre disposition pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Vous établirez des objectifs et évaluerez les résultats obtenus par rapport aux objectifs dans le but d’anticiper, de réagir et de vous adapter aux changements du marché.
  • Vous renforcerez les relations avec nos distributeurs et leurs clients grâce, entre autres, à des visites régulières et à des formations en ligne et en personne sur les produits, leur utilisation et la résolution d’éventuels problèmes.
  • Vous présenterez de nouveaux produits et services, à l’occasion.
  • Vous formerez les employés des distributeurs.
  • Vous optimiserez les ventes des clients existants et trouverez de nouveaux clients potentiels.
  • Vous gérerez les fabricants d'équipement d'origine présents sur le territoire et leur offrirez du soutien et une expertise dans l'utilisation des produits et services de Blum.
  • Vous participerez à des salons commerciaux au Canada et/ou, dans certains cas, à l'étranger.
  • Vous voyagerez fréquemment pour desservir le territoire attribué, au moins 35 % des déplacements se feront pendant la nuit.

Sales and Marketing Representative – Quebec City


Blum is a family-owned business specializing in manufacturing premium quality hinge, slide and lift door systems that improve user comfort in the kitchen and other living spaces.




YOU


  • Have a good team spirit, are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Are able to work independently and assume your responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate great technical ability, both in communication and in carrying out practical work.
  • Have good expertise in presenting ideas, uses and solutions to production managers and/or designers.

  • Have completed post-secondary studies in business administration, sales and/or wood processing technology or design.

LET’S TALK MORE SPECIFICALLY ABOUT YOUR ROLE


  • You will collaborate in the deployment of the sales strategy which will be presented from time to time for your territory or according to the tasks assigned to you.
  • You will define the business opportunities present in your territory, prepare, plan and develop proposals on how to target a specific segment and use the marketing tools at your disposal to achieve sales objectives.
  • You will establish objectives and evaluate the results obtained against the objectives in order to anticipate, react and adapt to market changes.
  • You will strengthen relationships with our distributors and their customers through, among other things, regular visits and online and in-person training on the products, their use and the resolution of possible problems.
  • You will present new products and services on occasion.
  • You will train distributor employees.
  • You will optimize sales from existing customers and find new potential customers.
  • You will manage the original equipment manufacturers present in the territory and provide them with support and expertise in the use of Blum products and services.
  • You will participate in trade shows in Canada and/or, in some cases, abroad.
  • You will travel frequently to serve the assigned territory, at least 35% of trips will be overnight
