We are currently seeking a talented Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.


Key Responsibilities: Job Posting and Description Writing: Write compelling job descriptions and job postings for various positions. Ensure all job postings are regularly updated and accurate.


Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Conduct targeted searches for candidates (headhunting) using social networks and other resources. Pre-screen resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.


Interview Coordination: Conduct telephone interviews and schedule in-person or virtual interviews. Plan and coordinate interviews and tests with candidates.


Background Checks and Offer Management: Coordinate criminal, credit, and reference checks with our specialized provider. Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates. Follow-up with candidates who were not selected.


Client and Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates via email and phone. Provide updates and reports on the status of recruitment activities.


Administrative Tasks: Produce various reports regarding the applications processed. Perform any other tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the company and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Qualifications: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken is a must. Minimum of two to three years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on direct candidate sourcing. Experience working within an agency setting is an asset. Previous experience in IT and/or Accounting roles is an asset. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
