Position: Sr Business Systems Analyst (Retail Trading)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)

Must have Skills:

  • Need 7+ of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and proven experience with developing business and system requirements for applications within trading domain.
  • Retail Trading – Strong knowledge of advisor and discount brokerage experience across various asset classes ( EQ, OP, Bonds, Money Market, GIC, Mutual Funds, FX).
  • Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Order management, Trade bookkeeping & Settlement processes.
  • Expertise in Account Positions, Commission Calc, Realtime position, Margin Calculations and Fund Transfers.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Mapping data.
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Iterative Waterfall and Agile
  • Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
