Job Description: In this role Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the President and different lines of business in building brand awareness, market share and through digital marketing, both organic (SEO) and paid strategies (PPC) as well as social media marketing and strategies.


Responsiblities:

  • Manage and create content for all company platforms, including websites, landing pages, monthly blogs, newsletters, and YouTube.
  • Update website content, providing UI/UX recommendations to the development team to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
  • Collaboratively propose and develop articles for various company websites, aligning with campaigns and company goals.
  • Ideate, develop, and optimize content for blogs, articles, PR, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Formulate and implement an SEO strategy, including both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns based on the company’s business development strategies to generate leads.
  • Create, schedule, and execute email campaigns.
  • Monitor competitors to stay updated on market trends.
  • Coordinate all marketing deliverables for campaigns and trade shows with team members using an online project management tool.
  • Review analytics and convert data insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Plan and moderate monthly webinars and the creation of educational videos.
  • Experience with video editing and Canva is considered an asset.

 

 

 

Experience/Skills/Education qualifications:

·       Minimum 3  years experience in digital media, marketing, web development

·       University or post-secondary education (college diploma)

·       Thorough detail understanding of google analytics, PPC, SEO and e-commerce optimization

·       Extensive experience with social media both free and paid,  hootsuite and CRM platforms

·       Experience with project management platforms (eg. MS planner, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com)

·       Worked on Microsoft Teams

·       Experience using wordpress plugins that are SEO related like Yoast

·       A/B and multivariate testing and campaign testing experience.

·       Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills

·       Can work in a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

·       Strong, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience in the healthcare sector including health, wellness products and services an assett

·       Be able to work independently in a remote environment using various communication tools (zoom, google meet, cloud sharing)
