The Select Group is looking for Zoho Administrator. Our telecom client's Retail Team have selected a CRM solution called "Zoho" for their retail and corporate stores. Our client is looking for a Zoho product SME that can take over the operations of the platform and perform business configurations. If you have experience with Zoho, please apply today


Must have Skills:

  • Strong configuration experience with Zoho platform
  • Specific config experience with Zoho CRM, Directory, Dataprep and Analytics applications
  • Experience configuring the screen flow of Zoho CRM in CANVAS
  • Strong communication


Nice to Have:

  • Zoho Certifications (particularly CRM Admin)
  • Zoho development experience to help customize the view of the UI


Day to Day Expectations:

  • The first 3 months will be knowledge transfer and then taking over the operations slowly. Responsible for the day-day user ingestion, user profile management & lead assignment, delivering features from the backlog as needed.
