Le ou la Chargé.e de projets prend en charge l'exécution des projets de construction en ventilation, chauffage, climatisation, réfrigération et plomberie afin d'en assurer leur rentabilité. Il ou elle coordonne l'approvisionnement, met en place et effectue le suivi de l'échéancier des travaux et de la documentation technique. Il ou elle élabore des processus afin d'améliorer le rendement des opérations et pour apporter une valeur ajoutée à l'organisation. Principales fonctions :

  • Participe à l'efficacité et à la gestion des projets de façon proactive. Identifie les clés de succès et effectue le suivi des indicateurs de performance;
  • Conseille par rapport à la stratégie, la technique, la méthodologie du projet de façon à rencontrer les objectifs de toutes les parties;
  • Planifie l'ordonnancement des travaux et identifie les jalons critiques;
  • Effectue le suivi des achats avec l'équipe d'approvisionnement et coordonne la réception et l'expédition de matériel;
  • S'assure du contrôle qualité et est responsable du livrable global;
  • Appliquer et respecter les politiques en matière de santé et sécurité.

  • BAC en génie civil, en génie mécanique, en mécanique du bâtiment, en électromécanique ou DEC dans une formation connexe associé à une expérience pertinente;
  • ASP Construction, un atout;
  • Connaître les normes et les codes de construction;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des conventions collectives du domaine de la construction, un atout;
  • Lecture de plans et compréhension de devis;
  • Sens des priorités, respect des échéances et bonne capacité à planifier;
  • Excellent sens de la communication et du travail d'équipe (interne et externe).
