Nos attentes :

L’associé(e), marchandisage magasin (AMM) s’assure que la présentation des produits et l’information s’y rattachant contribuent à créer une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle pour les clients.

Votre rôle :

  • Réalise le montage et le démontage des étalages en fonction des changements de saison, des arrivages de marchandise, du volume des stocks;
  • S’assure que la marchandise placée sur les étalages respecte les planogrammes et est conforme aux normes de présentation visuelle de l’entreprise;
  • Veille à ce que les présentoirs soient en état et propres;
  • S’assure que l’inventaire disponible au-dessus de la baie est placé en tablette, que toutes les étiquettes de prix soient bien positionnées et que les produits soient ramenés vers l’avant;
  • Accueil et salue les clients de manière professionnelle et chaleureuse et les réfèrent à un membre de l’équipe en magasin s’ils ont besoin de conseils précis;
  • Veille à la propreté et à la facilité de magasinage, afin que les produits soient accessibles et que les clients puissent se déplacer facilement dans les allées.

Les compétences que nous recherchons :

  • Être en mesure de travailler debout, se plier, s’asseoir et/ou marcher de façon continue et accomplir sa pleine journée de travail, incluant les pauses prévues
  • Capacité de lire, d’écrire et de réaliser des calculs arithmétiques de base (addition et soustraction)
    Expérience en conduite de chariots élévateurs (un atout)
  • Capacité d’utiliser des programmes informatiques en ligne pour accomplir les tâches assignées
  • Connaissance pratique des outils de base nécessaires au travail, comme les outils manuels, perceuses et scies (de préférence)
  • Capacité d'établir des priorités dans les tâches à effectuer. Horaire et conditions de travail
  • Temps plein : horaire type de 6h à 15h, lundi au vendredi
  • Déplacer des objets lourds en utilisant l’équipement approprié
