The incumbent will be responsible for billing, accounts receivable and collections for the entire company. He will report to the Director of Finance for Canada and will have to interact regularly with management and the entire team.

We are looking for a clerk responsible for the following tasks:

  • Complete billing cycle
  • Collection from customers
  • Produce a quarterly report of inactive accounts
  • Carry out the annual credit limit review
  • Submit account closures to be considered to the credit supervisor
  • Monitors the age of accounts and collects accounts
  • Refers and follows up on delinquent accounts to the credit supervisor
  • Updating customer information
  • Payment of customers by cards
  • Any task whose purpose is the sound management of accounts receivable
  • Any other task requested by the manager

Our ideal candidate is : 

  • Bilingual
  • Masters Office 365, more specifically Excel
  • Is comfortable in a multi-currency environment
  • Knows applicable sales taxes
  • Has good priority management
  • Likes to work under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Has a concern for continuous improvement and the development of new work tools

  • Speed (large volume of transactions)
  • Analytical mind, good judgment and meticulous
  • Confident and go-getter (collection)
  • Versatility (replacing other team members as needed)
  • Quality of written French/English (many communications by email, customers in Quebec, Canada, the USA and elsewhere in the world)
