Le planificateur de production devra résoudre activement les conflits de ligne et prendre des décisions pour fabriquer les produits qui sont dans le meilleur intérêt financier de Nortera. Il devra communiquer des informations essentielles depuis/vers de nombreux domaines fonctionnels, notamment la planification, le réapprovisionnement, le service client, l'assurance qualité et les opérations.

LE RÔLE:

  • Développe et optimise des calendriers de production quotidiens en alignant les capacités de la ligne, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la disponibilité des stocks pour maximiser le débit et les niveaux de service.
  • Émet des jugements de valeur entre la planification des exécutions optimales et les exécutions sous-optimales qui couvrent les commandes immédiates des clients.
  • Gère stratégiquement l'inventaire de produits finis pour maintenir les jours d'approvisionnement cibles, en ajustant de manière proactive les plans de production pour équilibrer la demande et les contraintes opérationnelles.
  • Analyse et s'assure que l'inventaire des composants est disponible pour atténuer les risques liés à la disponibilité des matériaux et à la continuité de la production.
  • Collabore et affine les nomenclatures spécifiques à l'installation, en garantissant l'alignement avec les instructions de codage et les exigences de production spécifiques à l'usine.
  • Agit en tant que point de contact pour l'équipe des ventes et du service à la clientèle pour les demandes de dates de production et d'envoi des produits finis.
  • Anticipe et communique les contraintes potentielles en matière de matériaux et d'approvisionnement, en proposant des solutions inter fonctionnelles pour atténuer l'impact sur la production et les engagements des clients.

PROFIL:

  • Diplôme en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en logistique
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en fabrication alimentaire

Full responsibility for daily production schedules based on line capacities, efficiencies, and stock availability Actively resolves line conflicts and makes decisions to produce the products that are in the best financial interests of Nortera. Communicates essential information from/to many functional areas .... including Planning, Replenishment, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Operations

YOUR DAILY ROLE

  • Develops and optimizes daily production schedules by aligning line capacities, operational efficiencies, and inventory availability to maximize throughput and service levels.
  • Makes value judgements between scheduling optimal runs vs suboptimal runs that cover immediate customer orders.
  • Strategically manages finished goods inventory to maintain target Days of Supply, proactively adjusting production plans to balance demand and operational constraints.
  • Analyzes and ensures component inventory readiness, mitigating risks related to material availability and production continuity.
  • Collaborate on and refine facility-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring alignment with plant-specific coding instructions and production requirements.
  • Acts as the point of contact for Sales and Customer Service for inquiries on production and shipment dates
  • Anticipates and escalates potential material and supply constraints, driving cross-functional solutions to mitigate impact on production and customer commitments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • College Degree or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years preferred in supply chain, food industry manufacturing
  • Microsoft Excel skill is a must. Google platform.
  • Communication, collaboration, decision making, analytical ability
  • Bilingualism
