Le candidat sera responsable d'une famille de produits comprenant des NPI ainsi que des produits existants. Le candidat sera la personne-ressource en matière d'ingénierie qui fournira tout le soutien technique aux produits pour la production, l'assemblage, les ventes et le service après-vente pour cette famille de produits. 

Responsabilités

- Entièrement responsable du processus NPI, en faisant passer les nouveaux luminaires par la planification du projet, le concept initial, le prototypage, la certification, la production et l'assemblage. 

- Développer de nouveaux luminaires au sein de la famille de produits d'éclairage

- Utiliser les pratiques DFMA pour analyser les produits existants et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.

- Utiliser les principes de conception optique pour optimiser la conception et la fonctionnalité des luminaires et prévoir le rendement lumineux.

- Fournir un soutien à la production et à l'assemblage des produits d'éclairage existants

- Définir des protocoles et des méthodes d'essai pour répondre aux exigences de certification.

- Soutenir le marketing et les ventes avec des détails techniques et graphiques.

- Effectuer des analyses techniques comprenant des analyses thermiques, de transfert de chaleur et structurelles.

- Analyser les données et les rapports d'essai pour déterminer si la conception répond aux spécifications fonctionnelles et de performance.

Exigences

- Baccalauréat ès sciences en génie mécanique

- Minimum de 5 ans de conception, de développement de luminaires.

- Expérience dans un environnement de production et d'assemblage

- Expérience de la faisabilité de l'outillage pour le pliage et le soudage de la tôle ainsi que pour les pièces moulées.

- Expérience dans la conception et la simulation d'éclairage

- Connaissance pratique de l'analyse des modes de défaillance et des effets de la conception (DFMEA) et de la vérification de la conception.

- Expert en conceptions et concepts 3D à l'aide de Solidworks

- Maîtrise d'Excel, Word, Power Point et Project.

- Expérience de l'utilisation des systèmes ERP de production

- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de leadership et de communication

- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
