LOCATION: Must reside in Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) - in office role
BASE SALARY: $120,000 - $150,000
OTE: $165,000 - $200,000+ (uncapped commissions with accelerators)
OTHER:
3 weeks of vacation + 8 wellness days

THE COMPANY:
A market-leading food and beverage company dedicated to nourishing lives through healthy, delicious meals. The company is in a growth phase, expanding its market presence and driving a 'Five Star' customer experience.
They are looking for a Sales Director to spearhead strategic account acquisition, lead a team of Account Executives, and build a strong sales pipeline to support ambitious long-term growth goals, while developing the strategy to expand the sales division and revenue goals.
ABOUT YOU:
You're a results-driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, leading teams, and developing new business opportunities.
You understand consultative, multi-site, or national sales and have experience leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
Non-Negotiables for them:
5+ years of sales experience (consultative, multi-site, or national accounts)
3+ years of Director-level experience, leading a team and building a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth, coupled with a University Degree
Track record of new business acquisitions & strategic account growth
Strong Capabilities You Bring:
CRM & data-driven approach to pipeline management
Ability to coach and mentor sales professionals to high performance
Experience in food service, nutrition, OR education, or related industries
