We're seeking a dynamic and high-energy Marketing Manager to join our team and take our brand to new heights by driving digital engagement, loyalty program growth, and CRM excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading key marketing initiatives to strengthen Tahini's brand presence and guest engagement. You'll bring a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to build meaningful connections with our guests, amplify our unique story, and drive measurable results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand and Project Management

  • Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality output while working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments. 
  • Oversee and enhance brand presence across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values and voice.

App & Loyalty Program Leadership

  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to grow our app user base and loyalty program membership.
  • Use customer data and insights to craft personalized campaigns that drive retention and increase lifetime value.
  • Implement creative initiatives to elevate the loyalty program experience and deepen customer engagement.

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute CRM campaigns that foster stronger customer relationships and increase repeat visits.
  • Create personalized messaging strategies informed by customer segmentation and behavioral insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance to refine tactics and maximize impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, technology, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Align marketing campaigns with company objectives and business priorities.

Digital Content Creation

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content for in-app notifications, email campaigns, push notifications, and social platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Tahini's unique brand voice and storytelling style.

Local Store Marketing

  • Support team with localized marketing strategies to support new store openings and drive traffic to existing locations.
  • Partner with franchisees to address specific local market needs with tailored marketing plans.

Partnership Management

  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee deliverables from agencies to ensure project goals are met.

WHAT YOU BRING

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry, preferably QSR or foodservice.
  • Proven success with loyalty programs, CRM tools, and app-based marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects and executing go-to-market strategies.
