About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in the insurance technology sector, is seeking a senior software engineer with a comprehensive background in Guidewire Accelerators for ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Candidate must have hands-on experience with all phases of development, from requirements through integration.You will work on high-impact projects that drive digital transformation in the insurance industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter solutions.
- Build, customize, and optimize Guidewire Accelerators from start to finish.
- Integrate Guidewire systems with existing Microsoft-based applications.
- Provide mentorship and training to the internal development team on Guidewire best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct review processes, and ensure seamless deployment.
- Work on the entire Guidewire development lifecycle, including integration, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Participate in the marketing and adoption of Guidewire solutions within the organization.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct debugging, and enhance application performance.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience as a Guidewire Developer (minimum 5 years of Guidewire Suite development).
- Guidewire certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong expertise in building Guidewire Accelerators from inception to deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly C# and .NET.
- Experience with Guidewire integration and APIs (e.g., Guidewire Edge, Web Services, Messaging, Plugins).
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor internal teams in Guidewire development.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and experience with relational databases.
- Experience implementing cloud-based Guidewire solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in an international, agile team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
