Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in financial reporting, reconciliations, transaction management, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Oversee rent collections and financial reporting for managed properties.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, invoices, and financial records regularly.
  • Work with property managers to track and allocate expenses appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of automated financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely payments and financial accuracy.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or property management financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
