Description

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of spa professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to achieve business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and wellness partners to enhance spa offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Spa Director in a luxury spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • A results-driven mindset with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and industry trends.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, and sales strategies within the wellness sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with spa management software and booking systems.
